Cancellation Policy

A reserved class must be cancelled 12 hours before it is scheduled to begin. If a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before it begins, the session will not be credited back to your account.

Waitlist Policy

If all spots for a class are reserved, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before class begins, you will automatically be added to the class and will receive email notification (please make sure in your MindBody account that you have your notifications turned on). If a spot becomes available less than 12 hours before class begins, someone from the studio will contact you to verify that you would still like to be added into the class.  If you do not wish to have your notifications and reminders turned on, it is your responsibility to check the schedule to see if you have made it into the class.

Inclement Weather Policy

Regardless of the weather, you should assume class will go on as scheduled. If inclement weather is forecasted and you believe conditions will prevent you from attending class, please cancel your class at least 12 hours prior as it will not be credited back to your account. You can always sign up again if there are remaining spots available. If class is cancelled, you will be contacted directly and it will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Equipment Policy

Please respect our equipment and your instructor by following along with the class being taught in order to prevent injury – to both yourself and the reformer. Thanks for understanding!

Packages and Sessions

All sales are final. District Pilates does not offer refunds for purchased classes, packages, or apparel.
