Position:Pilates Reformer Instructor
Sarah has been athletic her whole life, from playing lacrosse to teaching barre, and after college, she started practicing Pilates. She noticed significant strength and flexibility improvement in her entire body and her old aches and pains have completely disappeared. Sarah loved the athletic approach taken at District Pilates and decided to go through a Balance Body workshop. She then started teaching Reformer in 2017. Sarah likes to focus on form but keeps her classes challenging and innovative.
