Position:Pilates Reformer Instructor
Leah started taking Pilates classes at the age of 18 while in undergraduate school. As a college volleyball player, she quickly saw how it improved her strength and level of play. Once she felt how physically strong it made her - whether she was playing sports or just lifting boxes at home and how it shaped her body, she became obsessed. In 2013, Leah received her Pilates Mat Certification and in 2017 she received her Pilates Reformer Certification. She prefers the reformer because of all of the variety of exercises and the added resistance of the springs. She fell in love with classes at District Pilates, particularly Bailey's, because of their more challenging and contemporary nature. Athletically minded, Leah focuses her classes on strength training, balance, and flexibility.
