Julia Friedman

Julia joined District Pilates in 2017. She started practicing Pilates to help correct her bad posture and fulfill her life long dream of touching her toes in a forward fold. She was hooked on the reformer after seeing the way it helped improve her core strength and flexibility. Her teaching style is a fast paced, challenging work out, accompanied by a playlist that’s a mix of top hits, rap and everything in between.
